What contribution do we make?
Our corporate philosophy is based on the three pillars of sustainability: ecology, economy, and social issues. Our goal is to support companies worldwide in implementing sustainable practices by offering innovative services and customized software solutions in the area of ESG (environment, social issues, corporate governance), thereby promoting sustainable transformation around the world.
As a micro-enterprise, we have limited resources to maintain a comprehensive sustainability management system. Nevertheless, it is important to us to make a contribution. In order to lead by example, sustainability is of particular importance at PeoplePlanetProfit (PPP).
That is why our strategy is based on international standards such as the Global Compact, ILO standards, NAP, the GHG Protocol, and ISO 14064, is aligned with selected SDG goals, and is integrated into the corporate structure.

Sustainability and ethical behavior are core values at PPP. Our Code of Conduct and our Human Rights Policy set out the standards by which we operate—in accordance with the law, transparency, respect, and integrity. Our sustainability report
Since fiscal year 2022, we have been reporting on our environmental, social, and economic activities in accordance with the German Sustainability Code (DNK).
In addition to internal quality and compliance systems, we are committed to social and environmental causes: through donations to NGOs, full compensation of our emissions, use of green electricity and second-life furniture, flexible working models, digital meetings, training courses, and much more.

Our stakeholders
Based on our annual stakeholder analysis—which is integrated into our quality management system—we identify relevant stakeholder groups, evaluate and implement their requirements, derive risks and opportunities, and prioritize measures with higher weighting. We raise awareness among external stakeholders such as customers and suppliers through direct dialogue on topics such as climate change and environmental management.

Our sustainability goals (SDGs)
Our sustainability strategy is based on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). A materiality analysis was used to determine five SDGs to be prioritized for PPP.

Our CO₂ footprint
We have set ourselves the goal of continuously reviewing, reducing, and offsetting our climate-related activities in the long term. To this end, we have been determining our corporate carbon footprint in accordance with ISO 14064 across all scopes since the 2020 fiscal year.
